At Taking The Pea, we’re committed to helping the planet through sustainable snacking and charitable initiatives. We’ll continue to update this page as our charitable efforts grow—watch this space for more ways we’re making a difference! 💚

As part of our commitment to sustainability, last year we fully removed palm oil from our products and eliminated soy from 75% of our range. As proud SEDEX members (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), we also ensure that all of our suppliers participate in the SEDEX scheme, upholding high ethical and sustainability standards for both ourselves and our supply chain. Through these initiatives, Taking The Pea continues to make meaningful strides towards a more sustainable future, benefiting both our customers and the environment. Our range is fully plant-based, vegan-friendly (yes, even the Smoked Ham!), and we are committed to making snacks that are as kind to the planet as they are to your taste buds.

At Taking the Pea, we have long supported various charities and fundraising efforts, such as the NSPCC and Care Leukemia. We are especially passionate about combating food waste and ensuring that no one goes hungry. To help address these critical issues, we have partnered with The Felix Project, an organisation that not only tackles food waste in London but also redistributes surplus food to homeless people, providing much-needed support to vulnerable communities.

Finally, in our mission to drive healthy eating across the nation, we have dedicated a significant amount of time to provide our products to universities, colleges and NHS hospitals, ensuring that our commitment to accessible, healthy eating continues to grow for young people, and those in need of care.
